I do not create a new world, but only capture the one that surrounds me. I believe in the power of conversation and use words mercilessly. I often look for logic there, where it is difficult to find it. Since I was little I’m interested world in its tangible form. With camera on my neck and in my backpack I’ve walked, drove and travelled many kilometres. I am an enthusiast of new technologies and a fierce fan of German cars, especially those from Volkswagen group. I am a bit of an audiophile and a bit of a beer lover. I often watch the documentaries films on Netflix and in the evening I become a lover of documentaries and nonfiction books.

Just like Ernst Haas, I think that there are two kinds of photographers: those who compose pictures and those who take them. The former work in studios. For the latter, the studio is the world… For them, the ordinary doesn’t exist: everything in life is a source of nourishment.

It makes me happy to observe people, just like listening to them. Somewhere between one and the other, I create a picture in my mind and the photography helps me to memorize the moments. In spare time I look for the news about photography gear – I’m so called geek. I am a specific type of men, who not only cooks well (at least other says so 😉 ), but also wash the dishes and enjoys doing it. In my everyday life, I am always accompanied by music and in this way I have been waiting for U2 to return to Poland for many years.

Just like Imogen Cunningham, I think that my best picture is the one I will do tomorrow.
